Alabama visits Chinasa

It's getting down to decision time for Rivals250 defensive end Ugo Chinasa and after a solid visit to Oklahoma State this past weekend, Alabama made their in-home visit and made the race even tighter.
Crimson Tide head coach Mike Shula was present in the home of the four-star defender and the No. 4 weakside defensive end in the country said that he was impressed with the time he spent.

"Coach Shula was telling me that they wanted me to come down to Alabama and I would be the first defensive linemen that they would have on board if I committed," Chinasa said. "That got me excited."
Oklahoma State has been considered the main leader for the 6-foot-5, 220-pound defender. However, Chinasa admits that things are getting tighter.
"I got a lot of questions answered from coach Shula tonight," Chinasa said. "He said that their scheme fits my style of play and I could probably see a lot of playing time. OSU is still my leader, but Alabama got a little bit closer from this."
One thing that still sticks out about the Cowboys to Chinasa is the relationship he has with both the school and the people there.
"I just liked their campus when I was there on my visit," Chinasa said about OSU. "I just get along real well with the players and the coaches too."
Chinasa says a decision is coming soon. He stated that his commitment could be as soon as next week.
"I'll probably just decide on my own and not have any big conference or anything," he said. "I just want to get it done with my family and that will be it."
