Adidas Georgia: Top performers

Williams started the day by running on of the fastest 40-yard dashes and
didn't slow down for the rest of the camp. Williams was a lockdown defensive
back during one-on-ones, showing excellent ball skills and tremendous
physicality. Several of the events top prospects challenged Williams, but he
more than held his own in pretty much every matchup.

DB
JoeJuan Williams
Nashville (Tenn.) Father Ryan
The Rivals100 prospect projects to safety at the next level, but looked like
an oversized lockdown cornerback with his performance on Sunday. Williams
has added more bulk to his frame since the last time that we saw him, and he
was playing with the confidence you look for in a lockdown defensive back.
Williams is on the top of the defensive back board for several schools,
including Tennessee, Ohio State and Auburn and
it's easy to see why.

LB
Tre Lamar
Roswell, Ga.
Lamar was the highest ranked linebacker in attendance and he had no problem
proving that he was worthy of his lofty ranking during drills and
one-on-ones. Lamar has the ideal size for a middle linebacker and while
covering in space isn't his specialty, he showed that he's more than capable
of keeping up with smaller, quicker backs in space. Lamar is high on several
schools, including Auburn, Tennessee, Florida and Clemson.

WR
Ryan Jones (2017)
Charlotte (N.C.) Ardrey Kell
Jones was one of the most impressive receivers in attendance, showing off
great speed and ball skills to go with his impressive 6-foot-2, 200-pound
frame. Jones is a rising junior, but with his playmaking skills, it's easy
to see why he's already gathered offers from Clemson, West Virginia
and others.

DB
Jalen Phelps
Powder Springs (Fla.) Hillgrove
Phelps was a favorite of the event's coaches, drawing continuous praise for
his technique while hanging tough with some of the event's top talent.
Phelps is a little undersized but he has long arms and good quickness and he
looks like he has the skills to play at the FBS level. Phelps is still
waiting for his first offer.

RB
Tony Jones
Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy
The big-bodied Jones is a bruiser on the field on Friday nights, but he
showed excellent versatility while catching passes out of the backfield on
Sunday. Jones' versatility is rare for a player his size (5-foot-11, 210
pounds) and if he can consistently catch passes like he did on Sunday, it's
an added dimension to his game that will only make him more attractive to
college coaches. Jones has several Big Five offers, with South Carolina and Miami among those recruiting Jones the hardest.
8
DB
Ezra Gray
Lynn Haven (Fla.) Mosley
Gray stole the show early in the day, flashing sub 4.4-second speed in the
40-yard dash. But at 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds, there were plenty in
attendance that were convinced he was a quick flash in the pan. But as the
day moved along and Gray had a chance to show his skills as a cornerback, he
continues to impress. He has great on-field quickness in addition to his
straight-line speed and showed nice ball skills as well. Gray is still
waiting on his first offer.
9
DB
Clifton Duck
Matthews (N.C.) Butler
Duck is a little undersized, but it's hard to argue with the success he had
during Sunday's action. He made several plays on the ball during one-on-ones
including an incredible interception that drew rave reviews from the camp's
coaches and participants. Duck is waiting for his first offer, but if he can
show out at camps during the spring like he did on Sunday he may not be
waiting for long.
10
OG
Timothy Coleman
Atlanta (Ga.) Pace Academy
Coleman was the most impressive offensive lineman, showing good strength and
footwork while during one-on-ones. Coleman has played defensive tackle and
offensive line during his career, but he looks like a natural at the guard
position. With good technique and strength, he should earn his fair share of
offers if he continues to perform well on the camp circuit.
11
DB
Korey Banks
Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek
The versatile speedster spent Sunday working at defensive back and he
impressed with his physicality at the line of scrimmage. Banks was also one
of the fastest players at the event so if a receiver did get off his jam,
Banks had the ability to close while the ball was in the air. He's still
waiting on his first FBS offer, but it should come sooner rather than later
with his combination of speed and skills.
12
WR
Jai Nunn-Liddell
Snellville (Ga.) Pebblebrook
Nunn-Liddell is a big, long wide receiver who impressed with his ability to
use his body to shield defenders. He has consistent hands and while he's not
a burner, he does have the attributes to be an excellent possession
receiver. Nunn-Liddell is waiting for his first offer.
