Add another NoCal QB to your list

This is definitely a good year for quarterbacks in Northern California. You could easily be overlooked due to the depth of talent at the position and still be one of the best signal callers in the northern part of the Golden State.
That is definitely the case for Greg Reynolds (6-6, 205, 4.9) from Pacifica (Calif.) Terra Nova.

Reynolds has been the catalyst behind Terra Nova’s 2-0 start and number 10 ranking in the San Jose Mercury News.
Reynolds shot out of the box when he was San Mateo County player of the week after hitting on 19-21 passes for 260 and five touchdowns two weeks ago. He also led Terra Nova to a victory last Friday night against San Jose (Calif.) Wilcox 27-14.
Reynolds has thrown for 364 yards and six touchdowns in his two games so far this season.
Reynolds came into the season as a sleeper prospect but if continues to play the way he has so far this season, he will end up being a very hot commodity.
It shouldn’t be too big of a surprise the Reynolds is playing. He is another top-notch quarterback prospect from the north who is being tutored Roger Theder.
Theder has done a great job developing quarterback for the D-I level in recent years.
With Reynolds it is highly likely that Theder will have another student get a D-I scholarship.
Reynolds is hearing from Washington State, Oregon State, Cal, ASU, and Fresno State.
There is a pretty good chance that Reynolds will be drafted by major league baseball.
Reynolds throws a 91 mph fastball, a nasty curve and a pretty good change-up. His talent for the diamond has seen Reynolds get offers from Fresno State and Stanford for baseball.
“It would be my ideal to play both sports while pursuing an education,” Reynolds. “I hope to play both sports.”
