Adams names three favorites

Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville defensive back Royce Adams is a busy young man. Adams has helped lead his team to a 3-0 record, is sifting through his college possibilities, and is attending college games.
Adams was in Columbus last Saturday for the Buckeyes' game against Texas. It looks like Adams will be in Ohio Stadium again this weekend.

"The Ohio State-Texas game was nice," Adams said. "It was crowded, 105,000 people there. I had a good time even though they lost. I was rooting for Ohio State.
"I think I'm going to Ohio State's game again this weekend.
"Right now I'm looking at Iowa, Ohio State, Purdue, North Carolina, Illinois, and Syracuse. Purdue, North Carolina, and Iowa offered me.
"If I had to name my favorites I'd say Iowa, Ohio State, Purdue, and North Carolina.
"I haven't set up any (official) visits yet. I think I'll take most of them. I might take a few during the season."
The 5-foot-11 and 166-pound Adams had an outstanding junior season as he intercepted nine passes and made 20 tackles. Adams is the No. 42 prospect in the state of Ohio in the Rivals.com player rankings.
