Action Jackson is back from UGA

Norcross, Ga., standout Marcus Jackson is back from his first trip? So did he commit to UGA?
"I promised myself that I wouldn't commit or anything on my first few visits," Jackson said. "But I was thoroughly impressed with UGA.

"I would give the visit a nine."
Jackson said he was impressed how the Dawgs kept the visit low-key and didn't try to wine him and dine him.
"They let the school, the coaches and the players speak for themselves," Jackson said.
"I hung out with Tony Gilbert. He's a cool guy. He just showed me around the town and we hung out with the players and the other recruits."
Jackson said he hung out on the visit with running back recruit Michael Cooper and offensive lineman Max Jean-Giles.
"They were great guys," Jackson said. "I talked with coach Richt right before they did. Coach Richt is a great guy. He's up front about how you would fit in there with their program."
Jackson said he has two other trips set - Georgia Tech on Jan. 4 and Florida State on Jan. 18. After that he's open to a number of schools - teams like Clemson, Miami, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Northwestern and Tennessee - for his final two trips.
"I liked what I saw at Georgia," Jackson said. "This will give me a lot to compare to."
