Devyn Ford

ACC offers: Ford has nine ACC offers, including Clemson, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.

Comments: Ford burst onto the recruiting scene during his outstanding freshman season. Now his offer sheet is well into the double digits and he’s slowly started engaging some of the schools that have offered. Clemson, North Carolina and Virginia Tech are in very good position for Ford right now and they’ve already hosted him for games and camps. Keep an eye on Ohio State as a major contender here as well but odds are that Ford ends up in the ACC.

ACC offers: Morris is currently committed to Florida State.

Comments: Even though Morris also holds offers from Miami, Kentucky, UCF and Florida Atlantic, picking Florida State was an easy decision for Morris. Many more offers are likely coming for him but Morris wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. Mike Morris played for the Seminoles in the late 1980s and a love for Florida State was ingrained in the younger Morris at an early age.

ACC offers: Wake Forest

Comments: Crouch is a phenomenal talent that will have a long offer sheet in the not-too-distant future. The Demon Deacons were smart to be one of the first offers for him along with Charlotte and South Carolina. Crouch’s cousin, Marlon Dunlap, is a freshman at North Carolina so the Tar Heels will have a big part in his recruitment. Clemson is among the many schools to show some interest in Crouch too.

Akeem Dent

ACC offers: Dent is committed to Miami.

Comments: Miami’s Paradise Camp helped Mark Richt and the Hurricanes pull in a few more commitments, including Dent. At the time his only other offer was from Florida Atlantic but since then schools such as Florida, Florida State, Auburn and West Virginia have pulled the trigger. More offers are surely coming and Miami will have its hands full trying to hold onto one of its first commitments in the 2019 class.

ACC offers: Clemson, Florida State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.

Comments: Pickens will be one of the most sought after prospects in the 2019 class. Clemson and Florida State are in great shape early in his recruitment but South Carolina, Tennessee and a few others are very much in the conversation. T.L. Hanna, a high school with a history of producing talented prospects, is a short drive from Clemson and the Tigers have done well recruiting their prospects over the years.

Jacoby Pinckney

ACC offers: Virginia Tech and Duke

Comments: Pinckney is perhaps the next OrTre Smith. Smith, a Rivals100 wide receiver from South Carolina, is a big, sure-handed receiver that can stretch the field and Pinckney can do a lot of the same things. The Hokies and Blue Devils offering early was big for Pinckney and South Carolina has offered as well. Look for more offers to come prior to and during the spring evaluation period.
