A top five for Georgia RB

Kendrun Malcome is one of the top rated running backs from the Peach State. Malcome, 6-0 and 215 pounds, is from Decatur (Ga.) SW Dekalb High School. Last season as a junior he rushed for 980 yards and 14 scores. Malcome just completed spring practice and is his spring game he rushed the ball three times for 114 yards, including an 80 yard score.
"I am a power running back with good vision," Malcome said. "I have good speed as well. I need to be quicker, faster and I would love to become more elusive."

According to Malcome he has 16 offers at this time from such schools as Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia Auburn, Kentucky, Florida State, Tennessee and Oklahoma.
"I have a couple of favorite schools like Georgia, Alabama, Clemson, Florida, and Oklahoma. I guess you could say they are my top five.
"I have always been a big Georgia fan because of my grandparents. They love Georgia. I like the fact that Georgia has such a great running back tradition and it's the home state team for me.
"I really like the way Alabama runs the ball. They are a power house school that loves to run down hill. They are such a good program.
"Florida –is a team that just wins. They want a bigger back in that offense.
"Same with Oklahoma. They win and they are a powerhouse that runs and throws.
"I have a good relationship with Clemson. I also know James Davis pretty well and Clemson runs the ball."
So far Malcome has already seen Alabama, Georgia, Florida, FSU, Auburn, Kentucky, and Clemson. Later today he leaves for another school.
"I am going to Tennessee tonight. I am going to their camp but I am not sure if I will do anything. Another team I want to check out is Ohio State for sure. I think they are close to offering. If they offer they will be a team I will strongly consider."
