A Super Bowl commitment

"I made my decision," offensive lineman Brandon Nixon said while watching the first half of the Super Bowl. "I'm going to Maryland."
"I decided about ten minutes ago. I just told Maryland. And I told (Penn State assistant) coach Kinney."
"I felt more comfortable with the players at Maryland. I liked both schools about the same. But the players at Maryland were the difference."
The 6-foot-5 and 300 pounder from Pottstown, Pa. made official visits to Maryland, Penn State, West Virginia, and North Carolina State. Nixon narrowed things down last week to Maryland and Penn State before making his decision today.
