Jaycee Horn has de-committed from Tennessee and re-opened his recruitment.

The 6-foot-1, 170 pound cornerback out of Alpharetta (Ga.) was in Columbia (S.C.) Saturday and he has visited South Carolina three times this season.

The Gamecocks were viewed as the favorite in the summer when Horn almost committed in July. The Volunteers made a push around that time and in August, he committed to Tennessee.

Rivals has confirmed with a source that Tennessee will be re-evaluated by Horn when they hire a new coach. They are not completely out of the race for the four-star cornerback.

The Gamecocks are viewed as the favorite now. Horn has built a very strong relationship with Travares Robinson, the defensive coordinator in Columbia.

Alabama, Clemson, Georgia and Ole Miss have had Horn on their campus this season too. Coaches from South Carolina and Ole Miss are expected to be in to see Horn this week.

We have also confirmed that Horn does not plan to sign during the early signing period in December.
