A little something keeps ATH from trip

Fort Meade, Fla., four-star athlete Jemalle Cornelius had a little thing that kept him from visiting Georgia this weekend.
"I had a little thing to do," Cornelius said. "I was at the Mr. Florida thing. That was a lot of fun."

Cornelius said he has re-worked his Georgia visit for Jan. 18. He said he's also set to visit Auburn on Jan. 11 and Florida on Jan. 25.
"I still say Florida is my top team, but coach Bobo and coach Knox from Auburn are really pushing them. Those are great and really neat guys.
"Coach Bobo is really down to earth and coach Knox is so energetic. He's like that rabbit on TV that just never stops."
Cornelius said he's hoping to hear from the new Notre Dame staff when they get up in South Bend since they were one his early favorites and Michigan is taking another run at him.
"They have been calling me more and more," he said. "I've eliminated Virginia Tech, though."
