Qadree Ollison of Buffalo (N.Y.) Canisius has become one of the more sought after running backs in the region over the last two months. The big back has one upcoming visit planned and is in the process of setting up at least one more.
"Recruiting hasn't changed too much really, but over the whole course of things it's been changing very quickly," said Ollison, who currently has a dozen offers, and had Virginia and Wisconsin stop by his school this week.
Besides the dozen who have already offered, Ollison believes that both Penn State and Ohio State may be close to being additions to his offer total soon. While recruiting has been hectic, the current interest level from schools is similar.
"All the schools are showing the same amount of love," said Ollison, who is 6-foot-1 and 226 pounds.
The Western New York back has already made a few visits and will hit the road once again tomorrow.
"I go to Syracuse on Saturday," he said. "I hope to see all of their facilities and learn more about Syracuse football."
After this visit, things are still up in the air.
"There are no visits scheduled after this one," he said. "But I plan on visiting Ohio State soon."
Ollison also mentioned that he would like to make a final decision during the summer.
To this point, Ollison has offers from Iowa, Maryland, Boston College, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Wisconsin, Nevada and Indiana.
