5-Star now has Co-Leader after visit

Five-star recruit Justin Blalock is rated as the top offensive guard prospect in the country by Rivals. The 6-foot-4, 325 pounder from East High School in Plano, Texas is one of the most highly coveted lineman in the nation.
Justin Blalock, accompanied by his parents, took his first official visit to Michigan this weekend.

"I had a really great time," said Blalock. "I got to hang out with my cousin Jonathan Goodwin. He's a senior offensive lineman for Michigan."
"No, I didn't commit. I got to take a good look at the entire University - the campus, the facilities and everything. It's an awesome school. I want to major in business or sports management and they have a good business school."
"It's kind of funny, but the weather was warmer during my visit there than it has been in Texas recently. I know it's not always going to be like that and that it can get very cold in Michigan during the winter, but that just struck me as being unusual."
What did your parents think about the trip? "They flew into Chicago and then drove up. My dad was really impressed. He had never been there before. My mom had already seen the campus before, because she was with me when I camped there this past summer. She liked it both times."
Did you hang out with any other recruits? "Yes, I did," said Blalock, "I hung around Calvin Thibodeaux and Shadu Moore."
Did any recruits commit that you know of? "No, Sir," said Blalock.
When asked to rate the trip overall Blalock said, "I don't have much to compare it to yet. On a scale of 1-10, I guess I'd rate it as a really good nine. I'd probably consider them my co-leaders with Texas right now."
"Yes, sir," Blalock said about taking more visits. "I'm going to Oklahoma next weekend (Dec. 7) and Texas after that (Dec. 14)."
"I don't know," he said about taking all five official visits. "I might. It all depends on how I feel."
