The 4th Quarter Sports Elite 7on7 Tournament was held at Los Angeles Salesian on Sunday, and many top players were in attendance. Here were the top performers.

Jordan Here to view this Link. commit started dominating late thanks to an outstanding quarterback in Josh Rosen and his own ability to get open whenever he pleases. The four-star has the speed and the moves to make any cornerback stumble, and maybe the best thing Johnson does is catch a ball in a crowd. He has great vision and outstanding hands, and he is a game breaker who is a deep threat at all times.
2. QB Josh Rosen, 6-2, 180, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco
Rosen is getting bigger and smarter, and that could be scary for the coming years. The St. John Bosco standout is one of the top 2015 quarterbacks in California, if not the country, and he proved it again. Rosen is smart so he doesn't force things, he has the ability to put the ball right where the receiver needs it and he can spin it with the best of them. He missed Johnson wide open a few times because he was locked on another receiver, but that's hardly a criticism.
3. ATH John Smith, 6-1, 185, Long Beach (Calif.) Poly
"Juju" Smith is one of the best-looking prospects in California's 2014 class, and he's exceptional on both sides of the field. He would have had numerous monster collisions with receivers if this was a real game, but he had to hold back a little because of the noncontact rules. Smith's eyes are always moving, and he's great at reading where the quarterback is going to throw. On offense, he has the speed and the power to be something really special.
4. WR Erik Brown, 6-0, 167, Fontana (Calif.) Summit
Brown has the perfect combination of great hands, great speed and great coordination to run solid routes, get wide open and then catch everything thrown his way. Oftentimes, Brown had to adjust to catch a bad throw, which was even more impressive to see. No offers are in, but it's only a matter of time until the Fontana Summit prospect starts landing big offers. He can play; there's no question about it.
5. LB Jamardre Cobb, 6-2, 215, Los Angeles (Calif.) Salesian
Cobb has gotten much stronger and much more defined, and he plays like a freight train coming downhill. He's gotten bigger, but his speed has not been affected, which is impressive to see because Cobb can cover a lot of ground quickly. The best thing about his game is that he's coming into his body and he looks more comfortable on the field, making plays, and he's becoming a more mature player.

Chaminade Here to view this Link., threw one of the nicest balls at the tournament. He has great arm strength but doesn't have to overpower it every time he throws. Kaaya can also put touch on the ball and place it right for the receiver. West Hills Chaminade runs a more up-tempo offense, so he doesn't get the chance much to sit in the pocket and pick apart defenses, but he has that ability and he showed it.
7. CB Naijiel Hale, 5-11, 170, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco
Hale, Nate Dogg's son, has a lot of swagger and confidence to his game. He likes to chirp a little bit, and he's always out to prove he cannot be beaten. Usually, he's right about that. Hale is great in press coverage and doesn't let any receiver off the line easily, but he's also sticky in coverage and doesn't fall for receivers' moves. Once the ball is in the air, he has great timing and usually turns at the right second to knock it down or make an interception.

Ducks socks throughout the tournament, and he'd be an outstanding addition to that offense. Lee is quick-twitch fast; just get him the ball and he's going to gain lots of yards. Next season he'll probably play slot receiver and cornerback, and while more schools like him at DB they should consider him for offense because he can always pick up yards.
9. WR David Williams, 6-1, 180, Los Angeles (Calif.) Dorsey
Williams has good size and he's competitive, which is nice to see because he's not going to back down. The thing that stands out most about Williams is that he doesn't wait for the ball to come to him. He reaches out and snatches it out of the air so the cornerback doesn't have a chance. He is an outstanding outside target who has no problems getting open, going across the middle, whatever it takes for his team to gain yards.
10. WR Marcus Williams, 6-1, 170, Corona (Calif.) Roosevelt Williams was a little bit of an unknown going into the tournament, but he proved himself early and often and was one of the top players in attendance. He has a lot of bounce to his game, he's super athletic and he can cover a lot of ground in a short time. Like Johnson, he has no problems catching the ball in a crowd and he had numerous catches that had a lot of "wow" factor to them.
They call Powell "Man-child," and there's good reason for that because he has the frame to gain weight and it's easy to see he can pack a punch when he hits somebody. Here to view this Link., but he could be the next big player at that school to land numerous offers.
12. WR Justin Holmes, 6-3, 195, Roseville (Calif.) Oakmont
Holmes said he was receiving recruiting letters only from small schools so far, but if he continues to play this well that's going to change. Holmes has excellent size, he's long and lanky and he has outstanding hands. The Northern California prospect had a bunch of nice catches on which he was falling down or outjumping the cornerback. He will get offers.
