4-Star CB Bobby Wolfe on A&M, Colorado officials, what's next
MANDEVILLE, La. -- Although four-star cornerback Bobby Wolfe maintains that he plans on committing to the same school as his close friend and fellow defensive back Erick Young, but could Colorado of all teams, change his mind?
Wolfe is gearing up to take an official visit to Boulder next weekend, and though the Buffaloes aren’t in the running for Young, Wolfe said that they have as good of a chance as any to win him over.
“Really, every school has a good chance of getting me,” he said. “I’m not going to shade away from one school just because I like another. I’m going to give everyone an equal chance to show what they can offer for me.”
Earlier this month, Wolfe released a Top 6, and after taking an official visit to Texas A&M last weekend for the Aggies spring game, he has intentions to take all of his official visits before the end of summer. The only SEC team that matches up between Wolfe and Young is A&M, but in similar fashion to Colorado, Wolfe is not about to let anyone draw any conclusions about things before he’s ready.
Beyond the Buffaloes and Aggies, Wolfe is still considering Oklahoma , where he is likely to take an official visit, and the SEC trio of Florida, Georgia and LSU.
“I like Vernon Hargreaves - he’s cold,” he said of Florida. “I’d like to wear Number One and look like him out there. He was nice.”
