3-star WR/DB set to visit Oklahoma, Arkansas

Class of 2017 three-star Mansfield, Texas wide receiver Saiid Adebo had big plans for visits and camps when the offseason started, but an injury put a delay on his plans. Now he's hoping to pull off a few trips before his focus shifts to his junior season full-time.
Despite being injured, Adebo has collected offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma, SMU and Kansas.

"I want to make sure I visit Oklahoma for sure and then Arkansas is probably next on there," Adebo said of his plans.
So what makes the Razorbacks and the Sooners standout?
"Arkansas is pretty good," Adebo said. "They have a real good program but it seems like they can never get over the hump. They're always playing close games so it will be interesting to see how they do this year."
While Arkansas is looking at him to play offense, Adebo said Oklahoma sees him on the other side of the ball.
"They actually want me to play defensive back because I play both wide receiver and defensive back," he said. "I just like playing both ways, I really don't care."
Adebo said Oklahoma's tradition of putting defensive players in the NFL is a major reason he's open to playing defensive full-time.
"They've been having a lot of good defensive backs so that's really good," he said. "I'm looking forward to getting up there for a visit."
Because of injury, Adebo said some schools have held off on offering, but he said that he expects that to change in the fall. Among the schools he says are close to offering are Baylor, Washington, Kansas State and Oklahoma State.
