"It was just a great feeling being out here," Chatman said. "I actually went to the Sophomore Day last year but it was just different this time around and just a good feeling overall."
The standout running back was able to speak with running back coach Tommie Robinson and he was able to get an idea about where he stands in regards to a scholarship.
"Towards the end when I talked to him personally, and he said he liked me a lot and if anybody else doesn't give me a scholarship he will," Chatman said. "He told me to call him Tuesday."
Chatman does not have any other college visits on his schedule at the moment, but one program has been coming on strong.
"I just talked to Nevada on Thursday and he said he's really looking into me," Chatman said. "He said he's going to wait to come down here or he wants me to get up there to the school to tell me face-to-face about an offer.
The standout running back will be in attendance at the Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour when it stops through Houston on Sunday, March 9.
