3-star GA LB high on Boston College

Boston College wasn't the first school to offer three-star College Park (Ga.) Woodward Academy linebacker Max Richardson, but the Eagles have quickly jumped into to race to land him after making him a priority this spring.
"I'm really liking all the ACC schools that have offered me," Richardson said. "I have offers from Boston College and Duke and I don't have one from N.C. State yet but they're telling me they want me to get on campus. I'm going to take those visits and then think about narrowing it down."

The Eagles paid Richardson a visit during the spring evaluation period and the relationship between him and the school has blossomed quickly.
"I've been talking to their staff a lot," Richardson said. "I got on the phone with Coach Addazio the other day, I got on the phone with Coach Brown, I like their staff a lot."
Richardson said after talking with the Eagles head man, he realized that he's a priority.
"I feel like that," Richardson said. "I'm going to get up there this weekend, June 6. I've never been to Boston. I've heard it's a different type of area and I want to see all that. Hopefully I get a nice look at the football facilities and stuff too."
As far as the Blue Devils, Duke already has a commitment from Woodward Academy in three-star defensive back Antone Williams and Richardson said they're still in the mix as well.
"I've talked to their coaches a little bit," he said. " I may get back on campus again I don't really know. I liked it. It was a good visit."
Richardson said once he finishes his visits this summer, he could zero in on a decision before his senior season starts.
"I haven't completely decided when I want to make my decision but it shouldn't be too far into the season," Richardson said. " It should be toward the end of the summer."
