3-star CB Redwine favors Louisville

Three-star cornerback Sheldrick Redwine of Miami (Fla.) Killian has a new leader among his more than 20 offers, and it's Louisville.
Redwine de-committed from West Virginia in June but still includes them in his top five along with UCF, USF and Cincinnati.

Louisville stands out to him because of his relationship assistant Terrell Buckley and current Cardinals players Trumaine Washington, Andrew Johnson and Charles Gaines Jr..
"I know a lot of people up there already and I talk to coach Buckley a lot," he said. "He's got a good track record, he's played in the league and he knows what he's talking about. He said I can make a good impact early and he likes my size. He said they can use me a bunch of different ways at either cornerback or safety.
His three Cardinals friends tell Redwine they're enjoying their time in Louisville.
"They tell me they love it up there," he said. "They like how the practice goes and when it comes to football, it's all business, but they have a lot of fun too."
Redwine had a chance to see the Louisville for himself while a camp a year ago.
"It was real nice," he said. "I loved it."
Redwine plans on taking official visits to all five schools before making a decision toward the end of the season.
Last season, he had 80 tackles, 4 forced fumbles and 2 interceptions.
