DENTON, Texas — Kalib Hicks is among the best all-around backs in the class of 2023. The bell cow of a potent Denton (Texas) Ryan offense features a well-rounded game that has coaches from all over the nation coveting his talents.

Hicks' junior campaign in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex saw him break out on the scene in a major way. The talented rusher totaled nearly 1,500 yards and just under 20 touchdowns on the ground for a Ryan team that reached the state semifinals last fall.

The rising senior also flashed as a receiver and has a track background to go along with his success on the gridiron. He compares his style of play to that of New Orleans Saints star Alvin Kamara.
