Justin Rogers ()

The Latest: Class of 2018 Louisiana quarterback Justin Rogers might be one of the best dual-threat prospects in his class and now he's ready to take a look at some of the nation's top programs. Rogers, who already has offers from TCU, Mississippi State and several others, will audition for Alabama and LSU during the next few weeks and is hoping to add offers from both schools to his list. First up on the agenda is Alabama, and Rivals.com caught up with Rogers to see what he's expecting from his first-ever visit to Tuscaloosa.

In His Words: "Alabama wants to see me come down to camp. They didn’t get a chance to come to my school during the spring so they want to see me up there and see what I can do. I’m talking to Coach Napier a lot. I’m going up with [2018 4-star wide receiver] Terrace Marshall. Alabama has been changing their offense some and in their spring game it looked like they were throwing the ball a lot more. They still have some changes and stuff to do to make to their offense. In my opinion they’re still a run-first team but we’ll see how that goes in the future. This will be my first time visiting I expect it to e first-class. It seems like they’re the best. They win the national championship every year so I expect their campus to be impressive."

Rivals Reaction: It may take a few other quarterback dominoes to drop for Rogers to add offers from the Tide, Tigers and other programs but it's clear he has the talent to be one of the best in his class. Alabama has been recruiting more dual-threat quarterbacks in recent years so it will be interesting to see where Rogers stacks up following his audition this month.
