2017 DB adds offers from Tennessee, Cincinnati

He's only been out of school for a few weeks but it's been already been a busy summer for 2017 Miami (Fla.) Columbus defensive back Trajan Bandy. He spent the first part of June camping throughout the Southeast and came home with two offers.
"I got offers from Tennessee and Cincinnati," the 5-foot-8, 161-pound Bandy said. "I camped at both schools and I did well and they let me know I had been offered. It was a real blessing."

Bandy said he got the most encouragement from the Tennessee coaching staff.
"They said I did good," Bandy said. "They said I was the best at that they had seen. I went against some guys who were older and ranked high and they said I did better. It made me feel good."
With both schools being far from home, Bandy said he's already thinking about going far from home.
"It's not going to be an issue for me," he said. "I'll go anywhere I can get an opportunity to play."
Bandy said he's planning for a busy rest of the summer, with plans to camp throughout the Southeast.
