2016 DE Hall turning his focus

Junior defensive end Terrell Hall is one of the fastest rising names in the 2016 class. The Washington (D.C.) St. John's College High stand out has pulled in offers from nearly every corner of the country.
"Recruiting has been slow lately," said the 6-foot-5, 215-pound Hall. "Coaches have been reaching out to me but I haven't really been able to get back with them. I'll start picking it up and talking to them more now."

St. John's finished their season last weekend with a loss to Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga. Maryland head coach Randy Edsall was in attendance to see Hall and a number of other talented prospects.
"Things are going well with Maryland," he said. "I talked to Coach Edsall the other day. He told me he was going to come out to the game. I like their facilities and what they're doing with their facilities. They're definitely turning things around. They've shocked a lot of people in the Big Ten because not many thought they would make this big jump."
Hall is excited to see what the Terps can do against Michigan State this weekend.
"I'll be down there this Saturday for the Michigan State game," Hall said. "I'm sure they'll find a way to do it they need to do to execute in their passing game without Stefon. I want to see the atmosphere. Also want to see how the fans react to the hometown players playing."
There are a number of other schools that are staying after Hall.
"Lately, Indiana has been reaching out a lot," he said. "Tennessee is always in contact with me. Ohio State reaches out now and then. Rutgers and Penn State are always in contact with me. I've been forming strong relationships with Tennessee and Penn State most definitely. I have a relationship with the coaches that Rutgers. Pittsburgh is also reaching out."
Hall is hoping to visit an ACC power for their final game of the regular season.
"I'm hopefully going to make it to the Clemson game on November 29 against South Carolina," said Hall. "I like Clemson a lot. They play top-notch competition and get players to the next level."
Hall helped St. John's to six wins this season.
