2015 RB ready for Big 10 trip

Bolu Olornfunmi is one of the top West running backs in 2015 and he's taking an important trip to a Big 10 school this weekend.
The Fresno (Calif.) Clovis North three-star prospect is taking an unofficial visit to Northwestern for its junior day and Olornfunmi seems very serious about the Wildcats early in his recruitment.

"The only new thing is that I'm taking a visit to Northwestern this weekend for their junior day," Olornfunmi said.
"I've done my research on them and they're a pretty prestigious school. I kind of looked at my chances if I went there would I play and everything. They look really good so I decided the last step is to check out the school. That's the last step on my list."
The 6-foot, 210-pound recruit said he's been talking a lot with the Northwestern coaching staff especially running backs coach Matt MacPherson and he's highly interested in the program.
Olornfunmi, who helped lead Clovis North to 11 wins this past season, said he wants to check out the school and see if it would be a good fit but the 2015 prospect said he's probably not ready to make a commitment this early.
"I've been talking to the coaches," Olornfunmi said. "I've been talking to coach MacPherson a lot. He's been telling me a lot about the school academic-wise and what they're trying to build with their program.
"I haven't decided yet about a commitment. They're on my list for sure. I put them with high consideration but not yet. I don't think I'm ready to commit yet."
So far, the Clovis North running back has been offered by Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Nevada and Northwestern.
