2015 LB talks Buckeyes, LSU

Class of 2015 Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian linebacker Jeffrey Holland has had a busy last couple of weeks, taking a cross country trip to visit several schools and capping it off with strong showing at the IMG 7-on-7 National Championship.
"I went all over the place," Holland said. "I went to South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Ohio State, Louisville and a bunch of other places and then stopped by Florida State on the way home."

Holland said he enjoyed all the stops, including the Carolina schools.
"At South Carolina I hung out and got to see the facilities and things like that and I had a good time," he said. "I had a great time up at North Carolina, too."
Holland said it was an eye-opening experience to get to see that many schools in such a short time and since his trip a few schools have upped their pursuit of the highly touted rising junior.
"Probably Ohio State and North Carolina are pushing the hardest right now," Holland said. "And Tennessee, too, they're coming hard."
While in Columbus, Holland said he had some good conversations with the Buckeyes coaching staff.
"They say I can come in and play right away and they want me to bring that Florida talent to the Big 10," Holland said. "I got to talk to [current Ohio State linebacker and Florida native] Ryan Shazier and he said I could leave Florida and go ball out at Ohio State."
As far as leaving the Southeast to go to school, Holland said he doesn't have a preference.
"I wouldn't mind," Holland said. "I'm just going to have to weigh everything out and do a little more research."
As far as upcoming trips Holland said he's hoping to take a visit to Florida and would also like to get back to LSU another school he paid a visit to while on his road trip.
"I'm going back to LSU for a 7-on-7 camp," he said. "I went to Baton Rouge on my trip, too, and I had a good time. I got to talk to Les Miles and he told me about his system and how everything works."
