2015 DB adds Miami, UCF, USF offers
Things are just starting to heat up for Miami (Fla.) Carol City defensive back Rashad Fenton with the first three offers rolling in over the past few weeks.

"Recently I got offers from Miami, UCF and USF, " the 5-foot-11 175-pounder said. "Those are the main schools that have been contacting me lately."
A Miami resident, Fenton is thrilled to add the Hurricanes to his list.
"Miami is great," Fenton said. "There's a lot of competition for those spots, so you have to be hungry and be ready to compete and earn your spot."
After patiently waiting for his first offer to come in, Fenton said it's a relief to know what type of options he has going forward.
"It felt real good knowing all I have to do is stay on path and it will lead to good things for me," he said. "Now I know I have schools that I can go to and I just have to keep working hard."
As far as the Knights, Fenton said he was impressed with what he saw in their Fiesta Bowl victory over Baylor.
"I watched the game and it was good to see how they stepped up this year," he said. "They just gave me the offer, so I'm looking into that and I was impressed with their season."
With offers from three in-state schools now on his list, Fenton is waiting for at least one more.
"I'm waiting on Florida State," he said. "They had a great year this year. I'm going to attend their junior day and I'll see how that goes."
