2015 CA corner taking numerous visits

Corona (Cali.) Eleanor Roosevelt 2015 cornerback Evan Tyler has taken numerous visits this fall and plans to take another this weekend. The 6-foot-3, 180-pounder is receiving heavy interest and his father discussed the latest.
"He's getting interest from UCLA, USC, California, Stanford, Florida State and Washington State," Tyler's father Eric said. "A lot of the schools want to see his film and the coaches want him to call every week to start developing a relationship.

"In addition, he's actually taken visits to a number of them, UCLA three weeks ago, California two weeks ago, USC last week and Stanford is coming up this weekend followed by a trip back to USC on the 30th."
According to his father, Tyler has been very impressed by the trips so far.
"UCLA was really nice and California was equally impressive," he said. "USC is obviously USC and I'm sure Stanford is going to be great this weekend too. I can say UCLA treated us really well last time we went too. All of these programs are really quality schools and programs. They all seem top notch."
While Tyler is impressed by everybody, a couple schools have caught his eye early a bit.
"Obviously they are all together, but UCLA has really stood out. California has stood out a bit too," he said. "It's just the facilities were outstanding at those schools. The interaction with the coaches was also really good."
Tyler posted 96 tackles, one sack, five pass breakups and three fumble recoveries on the season.
"He had a great year," his dad said. "He led the team in tackles and played more of a safety role that made him come up and play closer to the line."
Meanwhile, Tyler is a talented track athlete making the state finals as a sophomore in the 400.
