Montclair, N.J. is home to two BCS level 2014 prospects, and athlete Elijah Robinson is making sure that they also have at least one in the Class of 2015. Already holding one offer, Robinson's athleticism has caught the attention of a number of top programs.
"Recruiting has been going pretty well," said Robinson, who is 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds. "I'm hearing from Rutgers, Virginia, Temple, UMass, Indiana and Boston College."
Robinson, who picked up an early offer from UMass, attended camps at both Rutgers and Temple this summer.
"The camps went well," he said. "At those camps I was really able to get individually coached up."
Robinson does not have any specific plans lined up for visits this fall, but mentioned that he would like to check out West Virginia, Virginia and Stanford when he has the time.
"I would like to see how the coaches are and how they run the team," he said. "I would also like to learn what the school's best majors are."
This fall, Robinson will line up at both quarterback and free safety for Montclair. When it comes to recruiting, he is currently seen as an athlete by most schools.
"I would like to play offense, but I'll play what the team needs me to," said Robinson, who does not claim any early favorites.
