2014 running back Ray Lawry of Woolwich (N.J.) Kinsway has continued to receive more interest as his impress season moves on. On Saturday he made his way to Rutgers to check out the Scarlet Knights in action in hopes of picking up his first offer.
"It was great," said Lawry, who is 5-foot-11 and 180-pounds. "I think they will offer soon."

Lawry will have a chance to impress the Rutgers coaching staff in person.
"Coach says he's coming to one of my games," he said. "He's not gonna tell me when because he wants to see how I do and he wants to set up a one-on-one visit."
A number of things stood out for Lawry during his visit, but two specifically made an impression during the victory against Connecticut.
"I love the jerseys and the way they run the ball," he said.
Next up on his schedule is a visit to a Temple game, plus he continues to receive serious interest from Penn State, Pittsburgh, Wisconsin, Miami and Old Dominion. He also mentioned that he has received new interest this week from both Vanderbilt and Colorado.
On the field Lawry has been impressive this fall.
"I'm fourth in the state in rushing right now with around 930 yards," said Lawry.
In his last game, during a 24-13 victory against Triton, Lawry rushed for 150 yards and one touchdown on 13 carries.
