2014 Maryland WR has visited three

Jvon Simmons picked up his first offer nearly a month ago and he's already tackling the recruiting process with a full head of steam.
The Class of 2014 prospect from La Plata (Md.) has an offer from Toledo and he picked that up much earlier in June.

"One of my trainers sent them my film and they said if I came to their camp they would offer," Simmons said.
The 6-foot-2, 220-pound receiver performed well at that camp and that was all the Rockets needed to see.
Other schools are showing interest and hinting that offers could be coming later.
"I don't think colleges can really talk to me but my trainer has been sending out my highlight film to a whole bunch of schools. He said Pittsburgh was interested and also West Virginia, Northern Illinois and North Carolina State," Simmons said.
So far Simmons has visited three schools -- Pitt, Maryland and Temple.
"At Pitt I liked the facilities and everything. That really opened my eyes," he said. "When I went to the camp I liked that a lot because the coaches taught me well.
"I went to camp at Maryland the other day and I pulled my (muscle) so I don't know if I'll be performing at any more camps.
"Temple was just a visit but I liked that, too."
Simmons said he has no favorites but might know more before the start of his junior year at La Plata.
He plans to attend camp at West Virginia on July 29, but again, because of his injury he may not compete.
