Midlothian (Va.) Clover Hill 2013 linebacker Holland Fisher continues to grab scholarships. The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder just went on a visit and landed his fifth so far.
"I was just at NC State for an unofficial visit and they offered me," he said. "It was good. I liked it.
"I did the usual, they showed me around the campus, the facilities and I met with the head coach and academic team. Coach O'Brien is a nice man, the way he was talking to me, he likes his players as a person more than just football players. I like that a lot about him."
Fisher had taken one visit prior to NC State for their spring game, what was different?
"I talked to Coach Willis before, but not as much on Tuesday," he said. "This visit was kind of special I guess cause I really want to play safety and most schools want me as a linebacker. I'm not really able to see myself as a 250-pound linebacker. I liked that a lot.
"I just don't believe I'm going to gain that much weight. I also like hitting people. They talked about if I were to come there I'd start early."
Fisher has no other visits set at this time, but mentioned plans to head to some games this fall.
