Piscataway (NJ) is a well known and respected football program in New Jersey, especially with their tradition of producing top level talent. The Class of 2013 at Piscataway has a couple of impressive prospects, one of which is athlete Kyle LaPorte. LaPorte, who is currently in Florida visiting schools, and already holds an offer from a Big Ten power.
"I have one verbal offer from Penn State," said LaPorte, who is 5-foot-10 and 175-pounds. "I'm also getting a lot of interest from Rutgers, Florida, Miami, Michigan State, Oregon, Georgia Tech and Georgia."

LaPorte has already taken several visits to Rutgers, and will visit two more schools this week.
"I'm actually in Florida right now," said LaPorte. "I'm visiting the University of Florida on Monday and Miami on Wednesday."
LaPorte discussed what he is hoping to learn and experience during these two Florida visits.
"I really wanna see how their workouts are, how their coaching staff is and if they have a good all-around campus and education system," said LaPorte.
With the 2011 college season right around the corner, LaPorte will likely attend several games.
"I'm not sure yet, but I'm gonna be attending Rutgers games and probably Penn State," said LaPorte. "I have to work it out with the Florida and Miami coaching staff's too."
LaPorte also gave this thoughts on his first offer from Penn State.
"I like it," said LaPorte, who has received a majority of his recruiting attention at cornerback to this point. "They're nice and close to home. They're known to be a good football team."
Throughout his recruiting process, LaPorte will be looking for several things in a college program. A few specifically standout though.
"I am looking for how their graduation rate is and if their school system gives me the right education," said LaPorte.
