2013 ATH heading to Tennessee

One of the top rising junior athletes in Michigan is on the road to Tennessee for the Volunteers' camp.
Gairus Coleman, a 5-foot-9, 175-pound athlete from Farmington Hills (Mich.) Harrison, is heading south to SEC country to work out for the Vols.

"I'm just going to their camp," Coleman reported on Sunday. "That's the only (school) I'm going to right now. I've been in contact with them so they know I'm coming down."
Coleman already has an offer from a BCS school.
"I've talked to Illinois but that's the only coach that I've talked to face to face. He's told me that he's going to come out and see us this fall for one of our games. I've got a verbal offer from Illinois," Coleman explained.
West Virginia and Michigan are a couple of other schools that are showing early interest in the Class of 2013 standout.
Since he was young, however, Coleman has wanted to attend Miami.
"I just grew up liking them. I've always been a Hurricanes fan," he admitted.
It's not yet clear whether schools will recruit Coleman as a running back, receiver or defensive back.
