2012 RB Marshall takes unofficial

2012 tailback Keith Marshall took an unofficial visit over the weekend down to Chapel Hill. The Raleigh (N.C.) Millbrook star went to see a couple of teams that have offered him.
"I went to the North Carolina-Virginia Tech game," he said. "I got to talk to the coaches and some of the other recruits there.

"I just went to watch the game. I've been there a lot this season and it was pretty much the same. The coaches didn't talk to me too much.
"I've seen Virginia Tech play a few times on other unofficials too. They looked pretty good in this game."
In terms of Marshall, offers continue to rise as his latest scholarships have come from Southern Cal and Auburn.
"I like both of them, they both have produced a lot of good running backs."
On the season, Marshall and Millbrook missed the playoffs, but the tailback still had a big year.
"I had 1,550-yards rushing and 18 touchdowns in just over 10 games," he said. "I'm pleased with how I did. I got better over the season. I got bigger, stronger and faster."
