2010 WR/CB is one to watch

Barry Bostic is a high end prospect from Louisville (Ga.) Jefferson County High School. Bostic, 5-11 and 175 pounds, plays quarterback but projects as a wide receiver or cornerback at the next level.
"He's just a great athlete," Jefferson County Head Coach J.B. Arnold said. "Barry can be a lock down corner and he has great hands to play wide receiver. He's also a great kick returner. This is a kid that's great in space. I have coached for 18 years and I have coached some very good players but he just may be the top athlete I have had."

According to coach Arnold, Bostic runs a 4.4 forty, has a 40 inch plus vertical jump and has a wing span of 79 inches.
Last season as a sophomore Bostic rushed for 1,300 yards and passed for 1,300 yards. This season through eight games he has rushed for 1,050 yards and 10 touchdowns and passed for 1,179 yards and 10 scores. He has led Jefferson County to a 7-1 record so far this season.
Bostic has already (unofficially) visited Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. He is planning to go to LSU (versus Georgia) this weekend. At this time Bostic doesn't have any scholarship offers.
Bostic has a close cousin in Chris Crenshaw. Crenshaw, a senior defensive end at Jefferson County, has committed to Georgia Tech.
