2010 stud RB already has three offers

2009 recruiting is in full swing, but a few teams are already jumping the gun on some of the top prospects in the 2010 class. Springfield (Pa.) Cardinal O'Hara running back Corey Brown holds three offers.
"I have offers from Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Penn State," he said. "Pittsburgh was first about a month ago. Rutgers then was three weeks ago and Penn State two weeks ago.

"I really haven't thought much about the offers yet. Rutgers is a nice school. It's close and they've got a good young team. I haven't been to Pittsburgh, but I know Penn State's academics are good."
Brown's teammate, quarterback Tom Savage committed to Rutgers. Does that affect him?
"He's been trying to recruit me a lot," he said. "It may be a factor because I'm used to playing with him. I like him as a quarterback."
Does the 6-foot-1, 183-pounder like any colleges in general?
"West Virginia has been a favorite for me for a long time," he said. "I really like Noel Devine. It's pretty desirable there.
"Mostly, I would like to stay close to home. I want to play, I don't want to sit for a long time on the bench."
Brown plans to attend the Penn State Nike Camp later this month.
