2010 LB racking up offers

Many of the top prospects from the Class of 2010 have not yet been evaluated by analysts or coaches, but we are starting to get a good idea of who some of the best talents may be.
Linebacker Gideon Ajagbe, a 6-foot-2, 197-pound prospect from Coconut Grove (Fla.) Ransom Everglades will be one of the Sunshine State's best in his class, and he has the offer sheet to prove it. Rivals.com has seen Ajagbe numerous times at camps since he was a freshman in high school and he gets better every time.

Boston College was the first major offer for Ajagbe but he has been picking up others ever since.
"I've got offers from Boston College, UCF, FIU, Florida State and USF," Ajagbe said. "Iowa has shown interest, Georgia has shown interest and so have North Carolina and Rutgers.
"My top two right now is UCF and Florida. I like the coaching staffs at those schools. They're really positive and they really work with their kids. I talk with the wide receivers coach at UCF, Coach (David) Kelly, and I have a good relationship with him. He believes in God and I'm religious also, so I took a liking to that. I'm taking everything he says as the truth.
"Coach (Vance) Bedford from UF is a really religious man and that plays well with me and my family. That's one of the things that sets those two (schools) apart."
Ajagbe said he has been to two games at Miami, as well as games at Florida and UCF.
He isn't ruling out the possibility of making an early decision, though he will wait at least a little while longer.
"I plan on waiting it out until 2009, but if I feel like everything's done and I have offers from the right schools then I might commit. I really don't know. It could happen any time after our season. I'm open to committing whenever."
Ajagbe is a member of the Rivals.com Rivals250 To Watch for 2010.
