2008 Texas RB ready to decide

While his teammates were participating in signing day, Houston (Texas) Jersey Village running back Anthony Bibbs had a commitment on his mind.
Bibbs (5-foot-10, 185 pounds), who rushed for over 1,000 yards as a junior, was practicing with his track team after school when it hit him.

"I'm going to call Oklahoma State's Joe DeForest after this and commit," Bibbs said. "I really like the coaches there and they are showing me some serious attention. I just feel like that staff will take care of me during my college years."
Bibbs' former teammate Patrick Lavine starred as a freshman for the Cowboys, earning first-team, all-freshman honors, while Jacoby Reed committed to Oklahoma State on signing day.
"There are several guys from Houston there and I'm familiar with the guys," he said. "It's just a good fit."
Bibbs has also received an early offer from the Nebraska.
