2008 linebacker to decide soon

Myrtle Beach, S.C. linebacker Bruce Taylor is a standout 2008 prospect. The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder appears to be nearly ready to make a decision in the coming weeks.
"I would say I'm looking at Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Florida State," he said. "I like those teams because I've visited all the schools and really like how they run their programs."

Of the final three schools, Taylor claims Virginia Tech is the leader.
"I would say I'm leaning towards Virginia Tech since they are the first team to offer me," he stated. "I like that they are close to home and the fact Brandon Frye is there. He tells me all about their program and how great the coaches are."
As for a decision, Taylor believes it'll be this week.
"I'm thinking about committing on Thursday at five," he said. "I don't want to worry about recruiting anymore this year or next. I'm just getting tired of the process."
The South Carolina linebacker posted a remarkable 205 tackles, 42 for loss, eight sacks and four interceptions as a sophomore on his way to defensive player of the year by the Sun News and all-region honors.
