2007 Texas QB getting big interest

The next player on the Richardson (Texas) Berkner team to receive an offer is quarterback Justin Johnson. The 6-foot-1, 208-pound prospect received his first from the Big 12 and got an interesting call along with his teammate just this past week.
While he's receiving mail from some very impressive programs such as Miami, Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, and others, a phone call to his coach really took things up a notch.

"USC called and asked for my film the other day," Johnson said about the Trojans. "That was pretty impressive. But, it was also good to get the Baylor offer and it's real nice to know that they are interested in me."
Johnson says the mail is at an all time high. He says that three teams stick out for him and his teammate Adrian Campbell.
"I don't know if it's necessarily favorites, but Adrian and I like Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor, and Oklahoma State quite a bit," Johnson said.
Johnson is currently playing basketball right now in the off-season and says that things are going well for his top ranked team. However, football is not too far off his mind.
He's thinking about his summer activities right now.
"I might go to a couple of camps, but I'm not going to rush anything," he said. "I've got a lot of time. I will probably decide at the end of my senior year or midway through. By then, I should have an idea of where I want to go."
"I just want to get to as many places as possible and see what these schools are all about."
