2007 teammates put up impressive stats

2007 defensive end K.J. Wright is beginning to receive a lot of interest from colleges across the Southeast. After the 6-foot-5, 210-pounder out of Olive Branch, Miss. has had another solid season.
"This season K.J. has recorded four and a half sacks, 14 solo tackles and 15 assists," said Olive Branch head coach Jamie Mitchell. "The sky is the limit for him. He's still a skinny looking guy that has tons of room for growth. He could easily be up to 250 or 260 next year and may even grow another inch or so. He's got a real nose for the ball and is a rangy guy."

Who has shown interest in Wright?
"A lot of teams especially pretty much everyone in the SEC is interested in him," he said. "They all know about him from coming to see Allen Walker, Anthony Summers and Markieth Summers. He hasn't mentioned a whole lot about who he's looking at because he's still focused on helping us win a state championship."
Another junior out of Olive Branch to keep an eye on is 5-foot-10, 210-pound running back Demantise Hill.
"He's getting quite a few looks too from many of the same teams that K.J. is hearing from in the SEC," he said. "He's certainly been productive for us this year and we don't even run our tailback much especially since he's sharing time with Anthony."
This season Hill run for 645 yards and six touchdowns on 75 carries.
