ATLANTA -- They say a camp setting is a tough place for an offensive lineman to shine, but that wasn’t the case at this year’s Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge Presented by Under Armour, as several of the country’s top lineman turned in impressive performances. Here’s a breakdown of which prospects stood out the most.

Recruiting wrap: Leatherwood is committed to Alabama.

Performance: Although it was tightly contested for most of the competition, Leatherwood ended up walking way with MVP award after losing just one total rep during the one-on-one competition period. The big-bodied prospect plays with a mean streak and looks like he could play guard or tackle at the next level.

Recruiting wrap: Mays is committed to Tennessee.

Performance: As a 2018 prospect, Mays came into the event as a bit of an unknown to the other linemen in attendance. By the time things wrapped up, every player there knew his name. Mays won several reps emphatically and owned the one-on-one matchup against 2017 five-star Jaelan Phillips. Much like Leatherwood, Mays could play guard or tackle at the next level.

Recruiting Wrap: Donaldson is committed to Miami.

Performance: Donaldson’s talent has led to college coaches openly beefing on Twitter and, after watching him dominate at times in Atlanta, it’s no wonder he’s a wanted man. His wide body makes it so tough for opposing lineman to get around him and he has shown continued improvement over the last few times we have had the opportunity to watch him at marquee events.

Recruiting wrap: Kentucky, Notre Dame, Alabama and Tennessee are all in the mix for Wills.

Performance: Last year at this time Wills was in Mays' position – an unknown underclassman who dominated the competition. This year he entered as a five-star with a target on his back, but he more than defended his ranking with his showing. Wills is about 20 pounds lighter than he was a year ago, but he packs the same punch.

Recruiting wrap: Hays has offers from Kansas State, Missouri, Miami and several others.

Performance: Hayes went from obscure three-star to Rivals250 prospect following a strong showing at the Rivals Camp Series in Kansas City and his stock might rise even higher after his showing in Atlanta. Hays has a strong base and he used it to his advantage at the event, winning rep after rep against some of the nation’s best defensive linemen.

Recruiting wrap: Little is considering Stanford, Ole Miss, Alabama, LSU, Texas and several other schools.

Performance: Little has drawn comparisons to former Rivals100 offensive lineman Mitch Hyatt and it’s easy to see similarities in the two players games. Walker is a big, long, strong offensive lineman and he uses his physical attributes to his advantage. He battled friend and high school teammate Marvin Wilson on several occasions and backed up his status as a five-star.

Recruiting wrap: Deculus is committed to LSU.

Performance: Another big-bodied interior lineman, Deculus had his way with most of the defensive linemen in attendance. His dominance at big events isn’t anything new and he only solidified his place at in the Rivals100.

Recruiting wrap: Ealy is considering Miami, LSU, Texas and several others.

Performance: The last spot on this list could have gone to several players, including Brett Neilon, Chuck Filiagia and Obinna Eze, but it all came down to consistency and Ealy was consistently better during the entire event. The former basketball player has a thin frame and long arms but he showed that the better talent he faces, the more likely he is to rise to the occasion.
