After not having a Junior Day in the talent-rich state of Louisiana in the class of 2007, Rivals.com is coming back this weekend. The Rivals.com Junior Days in Louisiana will make a one-day stop at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Dutchtown High School in Geismar, La..

In the past, several talent players made their way to the event.
Some of those include highly ranked recruits Early Doucet, Al Woods and Glenn Dorsey. Those three prospects signed with LSU out of high school.
Doucet was ranked nationally as a five-star prospect and signed with LSU as the nation's top wide receiver in the class of 2004. He was named to the Freshmen All-SEC team in 2004. Last season, he had 59 receptions for 772 yards and eight touchdowns.
Dorsey, who signed with the Tigers in that same class, is considered one of the top returning defensive tackles this upcoming season. He was rated as the nation's No. 5 defensive tackle prospect in that class out of Gonzales (La.) East Ascension High School and is expected to lead LSU defensively in 2007.
Several top kids from the class of 2008 in states such as Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas look to get their recruiting processes started with this weekend's event.
Some of the top players that are expected to make an appearance include Sardis (Miss.) North Panola defensive tackle Templeton Hardy and Rivals100 receiver Chris Tolliver from Rayville, La.
Hardy, a 6-foot-4, 285-pound senior-to-be, has already collected scholarship offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and several others.
Tolliver is considered to be one of the biggest deep threats in the country. His most recent scholarship offers are from Georgia, LSU, and Nebraska.
Several other top prospects are expected to be at the Louisiana event from all around the region.
Rivals.com will have full coverage of the event throughout the weekend and early into next week.
