Recruiting wrap: The 2019 prospect has an offer from Iowa State.

Performance: The only thing that kept Barnett from being on the overall top offense list and perhaps in the MVP discussion was consistency holding onto the ball. He’s a smooth route runner with great speed and he was open almost every rep he took. But he lost concentration a few times, and his cold hand probably didn’t help matters either, leading some drops on catchable passes. Barnett looks like a major talent to watch.

Recruiting wrap: The 2018 back has an offer from Western Michigan.

Performance: Adams was one of the most impressive backs in attendance, showing a good ability to change directions in a hurry during drills and then backing it up by being unguardable during one-on-ones. With his quick feet, he routinely spun linebackers around and looks like an intriguing prospect going forward.

Recruiting wrap: Brown has offers from Maryland and West Virginia.

Performance: Brown is listed in the Rivals.com database as an athlete and after checking in a 6-foot, 200 pounds, it’s easy to see him playing a number of positions. He worked out at running back Saturday and looked the part of a major college prospect. Despite his size, he moved well in space and he wasn’t intimidated, even when battling larger linebackers.

Recruiting wrap: Hargrove is waiting for his first offer.

Performance: There isn’t a more perfect setting for a quick, shifty back like Hargrove to show his skill set than a camp and his electric ability was on full display. Hargrove made it tough on defenders all day long, and looks like he could be the perfect “x-factor” in the right offensive scheme.

Recruiting wrap: Sampson has four early offers, with Syracuse being his only Power Five option at the moment.

Performance: Sampson worked out at center and though he was tested by some of the event’s best interior linemen, he showed excellent lower body strength while holding his ground. Sampson is a true center and embraced his chance to get as many reps as possible, showing the type of grit needed to be successful at the position.

Recruiting wrap: Izuchukwu has early offers from LSU, Tennessee and Memphis.

Performance: Just a freshman, the 6-foot-4, 226-pounder was one of the most physically impressive prospects in attendance. With just a year of football under his belt, he’s still very raw, but that didn’t stop him from having his share of success against older, more experienced offensive linemen. Once he learns better technique to go along with his raw physical ability, he will be unstoppable coming off the edge.

Recruiting wrap: Herron is waiting on his first offer.

Performance: Herron is another future edge rusher, although he is tall and lean and looks like he might end up as a hybrid linebacker. He showed a great first step off the line and his quickness created problems for bigger, slower offensive linemen. It shouldn’t take long before schools coming calling with scholarship offers.

Recruiting wrap: McCall has offers from Michigan, Ole Miss and several MAC schools.

Performance: McCall is a big body at the guard position and he showed that it’s going to take quite a bit of strength to move him off the line once he’s anchored in. He did a nice job of getting leverage early in reps, and as he continues to add more muscle to his big body, he will be an ideal interior line candidate.

Recruiting Wrap: Jurkovec has an impressive national list of offers, with Notre Dame, Ohio State and Pittsburgh among his early favorites.

Performance: The 6-foot-5 signal-caller is ranked as the nation’s top dual-threat quarterback in the 2018 class, but he showed he’s not just an athlete playing quarterback. He put good zip on the ball and did a nice job considering the conditions. He he has the potential to be one of the best players in his class.

Recruiting wrap: Dobbs has an early offer from Iowa State.

Performance: Dobbs is just a rising sophomore, but he has the look of a future star. He’s played both offense and defense in the past, but as he continues to grow his long frame looks like he can easily add weight, something coaches love when it comes time to evaluating the position. He had his share of success in one-on-ones as well, showing even further that his ceiling could be very high.

Recruiting wrap: Wray is committed to Georgia.

Performance: Wray is another relative newcomer to the position he was playing at the camp, but he moved well despite adding nearly 20 pounds to his frame since the end of his sophomore season. The Georgia commit has terrific size and very long arms, allowing him to easily ride quicker defensive ends to the outside. He still needs some polishing on his footwork, but that will come with time as he learns the position.

Recruiting Wrap: Mathis has offers from Akron and Cincinnati.

Performance: Mathis is just a rising sophomore, but he’s already getting close to 6-foot-5 while already weighing 185 pounds. His size immediately catches your eye, and his ability to anticipate when making throws allowed him to deliver some strikes during one-on-ones. He will likely have double-digit offers before it’s all said and done.

Recruiting wrap: Rice picked up his first offer, courtesy of Louisville, following the camp.

Performance: Rice has been a consistent performer on the camp circuit over the past few years and Saturday’s event was no exception. He was one of the few players to beat five-star tackle Jedrick Wills during one-on-ones. And while he might eventually grow into a defensive tackle, he’s already got a nice set of passing rushing skills to go along with an excellent motor.

Recruiting wrap: Warinner has a few early offers from MAC schools, but his father is on the coaching staff at Ohio State.

Performance: It’s only fitting that a coach’s son was one of the position coach’s favorite players, and Warinner was lauded by the RCS linebackers coaches for his attention to detail. He then put that into use during one-on-ones, winning several reps while showing the ability to change directions and keep up with quicker players in pass coverage.

Recruiting Wrap: Otey has offers from LSU, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

Performance: Otey is a long, rangy cornerback and he showed a willingness to compete, battling some of the event’s best wide receivers, including five-star Donovan Peoples-Jones. He made his share of plays at the ball and while he can be a bit of a gambler, he has the talent to earn plenty more major offers down the line.
