Chad Simmons is a Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com. He was the expert on The Next Class on Fox Sports South from 2011-2015. He currently covers Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Georgia was in play for while, but it came down to Mississippi State and Ole Miss for Jonathan Mingo.

The four-star wide receiver out of Brandon (Miss.) has had the Rebels on top for months and he has decided to put his name on the Ole Miss commitment list.
