Jerseys top DE has five offers

Brown Mills (N.J.) Pemberton Township's Johnnie Troutman just visited two schools that have offered. So what did he think about them?
"It was nice there at Maryland," he said of his visit for junior day recently. "The bowl percentage over the past four years really stuck out from them."

The 6-foot-5, 270-pounder also made a trip to Rutgers for their junior day as well.
"The new Hale Center was really good," he said. "The fact that they spent 14 million dollars on all of it is impressive."
Troutman now has offers from five schools including Rutgers, Maryland, Boston College, Virginia and a verbal offer from Iowa. However, right now the defensive end is wide open.
This past season Troutman produced 69 tackles, seven for loss, four sacks, and a fumble recovery as he was named all-county, all-division, all-Group 3, second team all-South Jersey and second team all-state.
This summer Troutman is looking at attending the Blue Chip Combine at Rutgers.
